New dealer for Bali Catamarans

Bali Catamarans partners with Westside Sailing for its distribution in Germany and the Netherlands. The Poncin Group's multihulls will be distributed in northern and western Germany by West Sailing GmbH, based in Cologne, and in the Netherlands by West Sailing BV, based in Lemmer. Both entities are also dealers of Bavaria yachts in their areas.

EBI and ICOMIA confirm their collaboration

European Boating Industry (EBI) and the International Coucil of Marine Industry Associations (ICOMIA) took advantage of the Cannes Yachting Festival to renew their cooperation agreement for the promotion of the nautical industries in Europe. Sometimes competing for influence, the two professional associations opt for a partnership.

2 major Italian yachting shipyards have announced capital operations:

The Ferretti Group is expected to launch an initial public offering by the end of October 2019. The yacht builder plans to raise 100 Meuros.

The transalpine yacht builder San Lorenzo is expected to go public in Milan before the end of 2019. The operation will concern 35% of the holding company's shares.

Flexiteek completes acquisition of Dek-King

The deck covering specialist Flexiteek has announced the successful completion of the takeover of its competitor Wilks, the producer of synthetic teak Dek-King.

Frauscher moves to the French Riviera

The Austrian shipyard Frauscher, a specialist in high-end motor boats, has signed a partnership with Arie de Boom. The Cannes-based shipyard will offer the rental of a Frauscher 1017 GT Air and will sell the brand's boats on the French Riviera.
