Momentum restored after a period of consolidation
The mood in Greifswald is clearly upbeat. HanseYachts AG has announced sales of ?105 million for the period January-September 2025, accompanied by EBITDA of ?4.9 million and consolidated net income of ?19.2 million, partly driven by the effects of a restructuring plan.

These good figures confirm the recovery that has been underway since Andreas Müller and Hanjo Runde took over the shipyard. The company, which produces the Hanse, Dehler, Moody, Fjord, Sealine and Ryck brands, has returned to a sustained production rhythm. After short-time working this summer (affecting 20% of capacity), demand has picked up again, forcing teams to run at full speed, with extra shifts on Saturdays to keep up with sales momentum.
A model portfolio that appeals to the market

This recovery is driven in particular by three new flagship models: the Fjord 490 Open, Fjord 490 Sport, and the Hanse 590, all acclaimed for their design and market positioning. These units confirm the Group's ability to innovate in demanding segments, combining design, performance and habitability. Hanjo Runde, CEO of HanseYachts AG, comments: " The market is rewarding our clear strategy and the innovative strength of our new models .
A vision driven by stability and investment
Owner Andreas Müller agrees: " These new models embody what HanseYachts has always stood for: quality, design and a passion for sailing and powerboating. The market's enthusiasm is seen as a strong sign for the future of the shipyard, which employs around 1,000 people worldwide.
