Changes in shareholding at Fountaine-Pajot

The Compagnie du Catamaran, the holding company that owns the Fountaine-Pajot shipyard and Dufour Yachts, has seen its shareholding change. While it remains majority owned by the Fountaine family, a new bank investor has joined the capital. Unexo, a private equity subsidiary of nine Crédit Agricole de l'Ouest Regional Banks, has bought a minority stake in the company held since November 2020 by another bank, Arkea.

Iguana Yachts expands its global network

The French amphibious boat specialist, Iguana Yachts, is strengthening its international presence. It has announced the signing of agreements with five dealerships around the world, in Croatia, Thailand, the United States and Saint-Martin in the West Indies.

Brunswick signs technical partnership for autonomous boat

As part of its ACES (autonomy, connectivity, electrification and shared access) strategy for autonomous boats, the American leader in recreational boating, Brunswick, has announced the signing of a partnership with Carnegie Robotics. This alliance with the artificial intelligence specialist and sensor manufacturer should enable the company to accelerate its development of intelligent pleasure boats.
