Blue Touch represents Itacatamarans

Blue Touch, historically importer of Slovenian monohulls Elan Yachts, continues to open up to transalpine yachts. After adding the Italia Yachts brand to its catalogue in the spring of 2018, the company takes over the distribution of Itacatamarans sailing multihulls. The first ITA 14.99 catamaran will have its world premiere at the Cannes Boat and Yacht Show.

Cimolai sells the largest Travel Lift in the world

The Italian company Cimolai will deliver the world's most powerful travel lift in mid 2019. Intended for the Australian shipyard BSE Maritime Solutions in Cairns, Australia, the motorised launching gantry will be 30 m long, 23 m wide and 23 m high. Equipped with 32 wheels, the machine will have a lifting capacity of 1120 T.

La Ciotat business village validated

On June 28, 2018, the Aix Marseille Provence Metropolitan Council approved the project for a business village for yachting in La Ciotat. Work on the site, which is intended to accommodate around 50 companies, will begin in 2019 and be completed in 2024. The budget for the operation is estimated at EUR 15.7 million.

Profil Grand Large rewarded by the CEFCM

For its first Partage&Mer prize, created on the occasion of its 20th anniversary, the CEFCM training centre in Concarneau chose the company Profil Grand Large and its founder Damien Grimond as the winner. He is distinguished for the creation of the sailing race The Bridge, a human and sporting bridge.
