Mark Averhoff Takes the Helm at Delphia
Since October 1, 2026, Mark Averhoff has served as brand director for Delphia Yachts, succeeding Martin Schemmkes, who is retiring after 26 years with the Beneteau Group.
Mark Averhoff has more than ten years of experience with the group, including two years in Delphia's sales management.
This appointment comes as Delphia continues to expand its line of boats designed for river and coastal cruising. The brand, which has traditionally focused on inland waters, is seeking to broaden its range of applications, as illustrated by the Delphia 11 and Delphia 12.
Lucas Gouby Returns to France and Expands His Responsibilities at the Beneteau Group
After spending 18 months in the United States with Groupe Beneteau Americas, Lucas Gouby returned to France in September 2026, where he took a position as a management controller in the Vendée region.
He has been with the group since 2020 and continues to serve as a Finance Business Partner for the Dayboating Business Unit, while expanding his scope to include the teams responsible for trade shows and communications on a global scale.
Lucas Gouby moved to Florida in March 2025 after working as a decision analyst in the Vendée region.
Josse Foucart Succeeds Marc d'Arbigny at Garcia Yachts
Josse Foucart has been appointed CEO of Garcia Yachts and Allures Yachting, two brands specializing in long-range cruising sailboats, replacing Marc d'Arbigny, who is retiring.
An engineer by training, Josse Foucart had been working alongside his predecessor for two years. He also has personal experience with offshore sailing, having sailed around the Atlantic with his family in 2021 and 2022 aboard an Outremer 55.
He oversees two shipyards whose programs focus primarily on the construction of aluminum cruising yachts.

After more than ten years with Evasion Pro Yachting, Clément Fauconnet has announced that he has taken over as head of the company, which is based in the Arcachon Bay area.
