Klervie Baillargeau has joined Grassi, where she is working on the sale of used boats and rental management as part of her Master?s degree in Customer Relations and Marketing. She brings with her initial experience in the boating industry gained at Espace Power, where she has been working since September 2025 as part of a work-study program on marketing and customer relations projects.
Previously, Klervie Baillargeau completed a two-year work-study program at the Beneteau Group, from September 2023 to September 2025, in the field of human resources. Her arrival at Grassi thus marks a shift toward roles directly in sales, following experience in HR, then marketing and customer relations.
Vincent Paravey takes over technical coordination of Catana Group's customer service department
Vincent Paravey has joined Catana Group to oversee the technical coordination of the after-sales service. In this role, he will work closely with the group?s after-sales service coordinators and monitor technical issues.
Prior to this new position, Vincent Paravey worked at Alliance Marine, which he joined in April 2025 as a Category Manager in the marketing department.
Franklin Toulemonde Joins Reboat in Business Development
After several years at Filovent, Franklin Toulemonde has joined Reboat as sales manager. At the boat rental specialist, he served as manager for France and the Caribbean, working with both B2C and B2B clients.
He has now joined a company that operates in the refurbished sailboat market. His role will focus on Reboat?s business development in a segment that seeks, in particular, to build a product offering centered on refurbished used boats.
Fendsea Appoints Grégoire Stewart as Head of Sales
Fendsea, a French manufacturer of boat fenders, has appointed Grégoire Stewart as sales manager. He will be responsible for sales development in France and Europe, as well as for managing relationships with distributors, shipyards, and various professionals in the boating industry.
Grégoire Stewart has more than fifteen years of experience in business development. He has worked in the maritime sector and previously collaborated with BlueNav, a company specializing in electric and hybrid propulsion solutions.
Éric Gabillet represents Secumar in France and the French overseas departments and territories
Éric Gabillet has been appointed sales representative for Secumar Plaisance-Loisirs in mainland France and the French overseas departments and territories. He will thus be responsible for representing the German brand?which specializes in personal flotation devices?in the French market.
At the same time, Éric Gabillet also represents Smartdock in France. He now works on behalf of both brands with professionals in the boating industry.
Adrena Welcomes Anne-Fleur Trochon to Its Communications and Marketing Team
Adrena, a browser software developer, welcomes Anne-Fleur Trochon, who is joining the company as a work-study student in the role of communications and digital marketing manager.
At the same time, she is continuing her marketing studies at Audencia. Her responsibilities include communications and marketing for the various solutions developed by Adrena, particularly its tools for navigation, routing, and maritime professionals.

The Mille Sabords is expanding its team for its 42nd edition
Le Mille Sabords is welcoming two new members to the team as it prepares for its next event. Clémence Minard is taking on the role of individual participant coordinator, while Sarah is joining the organization as logistics coordinator.
The two new hires are helping with preparations for the 42nd edition of the used boat show, scheduled for October 29 through November 1, 2026, at the Port du Crouesty. The organizers have also announced that additional hires are expected to join the team.

HanseYachts Restructures Its Sales and Technical Management Teams
HanseYachts is restructuring its organization with two new appointments to its executive team. Maxim Neumann has been named Chief Sales Officer (CSO) and will oversee sales and marketing. Having been with the company for several years, he is particularly familiar with its international dealer network.
Technical leadership has been entrusted to Franz Zeiser, who has been appointed Chief Technical Officer (CTO). His career includes several management roles in the boating industry, particularly in production. The two executives work alongside Holger Passauer, a member of the HanseYachts Executive Board.
