After nearly ten years at AD Nautic Intermer, Brice Le Pesquer is leaving the marine equipment industry to pursue a career change in the environmental sector. Since September 2021, he has served as communications and sales promotion manager. Prior to that, he spent more than four years coordinating the AD Nautic network in France, Belgium, and the overseas territories. This career move therefore marks his departure from the marine industry after a career largely devoted to distribution network coordination and communications.
Matis Smietana Joins Leopard Catamarans as Sales Agent for France

She came from Jeanneau, where she had been working since August 2023 as a process engineer. Sylvain Blazy is leaving the yacht brokerage business to train as a cabinetmaker
After nearly 25 years in the boating industry, Sylvain Blazy is leaving his job as a broker to embark on a career change. At age 57, he will join the ESEA (École Supérieure d'Ébénisterie d'Avignon) on September 2, 2026, to train as a cabinetmaker. He is entrusting his clients to Joris, Ludovic, and William at Riviera Plaisance.

In Amsterdam, the new office is headed by Sunny de Haan, a broker with over 13 years of experience in the Dutch market who has specialized in motor yachts for the past nine years. The office will initially focus on brokerage for sailboats and motorboats. In Montenegro, Ancasta has entrusted the management of its new office to broker Dragan Joli?. These two openings bring the number of European offices announced by Ancasta to ten, as part of a network of 24 sales locations in the United Kingdom and across Europe.
Three new partners are acquiring a stake in Darnet Design
Darnet Design is expanding its leadership team with the promotion of three employees to the rank of partner. Antoine Gicquel, who joined in 2011; Vincent Haegel, who joined the firm in 2014; and Thomas Gaillard, who has been with the firm since 2024, are becoming partners at the firm founded in 1999 by Franck Darnet. The company, which specializes in nautical design, works on the interior design and exterior styling of monohulls, multihulls, yachts, and superyachts. The agency reports having about ten employees. This change broadens the partnership around the founder without signaling his departure from the firm.
