The Sanlorenzo Group is reorganizing its Nautor Swan and Bluegame entities, with a new division of responsibilities and a management transition planned from June 2026.
Gianguido Girotti takes over management of Nautor Swan and Bluegame
Gianguido Girotti, previously Deputy Managing Director of the Beneteau Group, has stepped down to take over as Managing Director of Nautor Swan and Bluegame. His mission will be to support the two brands in a new phase of development, in a context of gradual transition of governance.
His arrival marks a rapprochement between an industrial culture rooted in mass production and brands positioned on units with a strong identity, particularly in the yacht and semi-custom segments.
A transition organized around brand continuity
Sanlorenzo Group president Massimo Perotti insists on preserving the identity of both shipyards. Nautor Swan, renowned for its ocean-going sailing yachts and regatta boats, and Bluegame, which focuses on motor yachts with specific designs, will maintain their distinct positioning.
The challenge for management is to structure growth while maintaining the specific characteristics of each range, both in terms of design and navigation programs.
Giovanni Pomati refocuses on ClubSwan development
Giovanni Pomati, previously head of Nautor Swan, is stepping down from his operational role to become senior advisor on brand strategy. He will now concentrate on the development of ClubSwan.
This program, which combines one-design production, a regatta circuit and a community of owners, is a structuring factor for the brand. It helps maintain a direct link between shipyard, racers and owners.
Carla Demaria retires from operations
After more than 40 years in the nautical industry, Carla Demaria is stepping down from her management position. She remains involved with the Group as advisor to the Chairman and member of the Board of Directors.
His career is linked to the development of Bluegame, a brand integrated into Sanlorenzo and positioned on units with innovative engines and specific hulls. His withdrawal marks the end of a cycle, while ensuring strategic continuity.
An expanded organization within the Sanlorenzo Group
At the same time, the appointment of Tommaso Vincenzi as head of Sanlorenzo's yacht and superyacht divisions is confirmed. This structuring reinforces the clarity of the Group's organization, between semi-custom production, large units and specialized brands.
Ultimately, this reorganization reflects a desire for consolidation. Between passing on responsibilities, maintaining brand identities and structuring product ranges, the group is adjusting its governance in a context of international yachting development.
