Appointments, departures, job changes... There's been movement at Raymarine, The Catamaran Company, Riviera Plaisance, BB Yachts, Torqueedo, Lecomble & Schmitt and Sunseeker.

Maxime Torne Sistero joins Raymarine

Maxime Torne Sistero has taken up the position of Technical Sales Representative at Raymarine.

He was previously with Sea Tech & Fun Europe, where he spent over eleven years. He held the position of Technical Sales Specialist, with missions in prospecting, brand development as well as marketing and sales support. For Raymarine, this recruitment brings an experienced profile, well-versed in brand development and working in the field with yachting professionals.

Guillaume Delaunay strengthens The Catamaran Company's after-sales department

Guillaume Delaunay has joined The Catamaran Company as Customer Service Manager, based in the British Virgin Islands.

Prior to this, he was on a technical sales training course at the Institut Nautique de Bretagne, INB, in Concarneau, from February 2025 to December 2025.

He had previously worked as a sales assistant at Excess Catamarans in La Rochelle.

Ludovic Siguret Ratti moves to Riviera Plaisance

Ludovic Siguret Ratti is now Jeanneau Voile and Lagoon Sales Manager at Riviera Plaisance, based in Antibes.

He was previously with Sailing Stream, where since July 2024 he has held the dual role of Sales Manager and Sales Director, based in Villeneuve Loubet in the Alpes Maritimes. He was in charge of sales development and sales structuring, with a strong field presence on the Côte d'Azur.

Olivier Haroche becomes Spanish agent for BB Yachts

In January 2026, Olivier Haroche began a new assignment as agent for Spain, Mediterranean Coast, for BB Yachts. He operates as an independent agent on the Spanish market, with a base of activity on the Mediterranean coast.

BB Yachts is positioned in the high-end yacht segment. The agent's role involves local sales development, prospect follow-up, coordination with the shipyard and support through to delivery.

Since January 2025, Olivier Haroche has also been working as a freelance business developer for Aguacarbon, a specialist in the design and production of carbon fiber components for the marine industry.

Nicolas Charron takes over as European Sales Manager at Torqeedo

Nicolas Charron is Sales Manager Europe at Torqeedo.

He was already with the German engine manufacturer specializing in electric propulsion, where he had been Sales Manager Retail Network since December 2023, based in Nantes. For over two years, he oversaw the development and management of the distribution network, playing a key role in structuring sales on the French and European markets.

Before joining Torqeedo, Nicolas Charron spent almost ten years at Defontaine Rollix, where he was Sales Director Wind Energy & Industry from July 2014 to December 2023. There, he was in charge of global sales, sales strategy and marketing for the industry and wind energy departments.

Olivier Genitoni joins Lecomble and Schmitt

Olivier Genitoni has taken up the position of Sales Director at Lecomble et Schmitt, within the Artzainak Group, based in Urt in the Nouvelle Aquitaine region.

In this role, he oversees sales development in France and abroad for ranges dedicated to yachting and water sports, in particular hydraulic steering systems, cylinders and pumps.

Before joining Lecomble et Schmitt, he worked at ADV Propulse in Talence, where he held the position of Sales Director from June 2023. Between March 2024 and April 2025, he also held the position of General Manager, with full operational responsibility for the company's development.

Sunseeker appoints Andrés Rubio as CEO

Sunseeker announced on March 3, 2026 the appointment of Andrés Rubio as permanent CEO, following the formalization of a change in ownership. He succeeds Scott Millar, who held the position of Interim CEO.

Andrés Rubio has over thirty years' experience in sales management and business transformation, with an international background in the USA, Europe and Asia. He was previously CEO of Intrum AB and Senior Partner at Apollo Management International.

This appointment comes at a time when a consortium led by KCP, in partnership with Lionheart Capital, has purchased the British manufacturer's debt and plans to acquire 100% of the capital, subject to regulatory approvals. Antony Sheriff, former Executive Chairman of Princess Yachts and CEO of McLaren Automotive, becomes Non-Executive Chairman.
