Raphaël Barouk joins Z Nautic as Area Sales Manager

Since the beginning of May 2025, Raphaël Barouk has been Area Sales Manager for the Zodiac, Bombard and Aka Marine brands within the Z Nautic group. He succeeds Jean-Sébastien Ghirardi, a leading figure in the industry, who embodied the Bombard brand for over 35 years before his retirement.

Catherine Chabaud at the helm of the Yacht Club de France

Committed sailor and former Member of the European Parliament, Catherine Chabaud takes over as President of the Yacht Club de France. She succeeds Philippe Heral, and intends to strengthen the links between maritime tradition and contemporary issues, particularly ecological ones.

Martin Netinder appointed CEO of Baltic Safety Products

The Board of Directors of Swedish safety equipment manufacturer Baltic Safety Products has appointed Martin Netinder as Managing Director. He succeeds Jonas Brandt, and will be responsible for strengthening the brand's international presence, while pursuing product innovation in the field of safety equipment.

José Boisjoli announces his departure from BRP

After more than 20 years at the helm of BRP (Bombardier Recreational Products), José Boisjoli has announced his retirement. He will step down as President and CEO at the end of BRP's fiscal year, in January 2026. His tenure was marked by product diversification and the group's entry into the electrification of the Can-Am, Ski-Doo and Lynx ranges.

Franck Hugelmeyer elected President of ICOMIA

Franck Hugelmeyer, current president of the NMMA (National Marine Manufacturers Association), has been elected president of ICOMIA, the world organization for the marine industries. He succeeds Darren Vaux. His appointment should strengthen international coordination between trade federations, against a backdrop of increasing environmental standardization.

Boet Brinkgreve becomes General Manager of Swiss SailGP team

The Swiss SailGP team has a new general manager. Boet Brinkgreve succeeds Tanguy Cariou. He will be responsible for steering the team's sporting and commercial activities on the international circuit, drawing on his experience in leading multi-disciplinary teams and brand management.
