Navico moves to new premises in Alicante

Marine electronics specialist Navico has opened new offices in Alicante, Spain. The offices, located on the Mediterranean harbor, opposite docks that can be used for demonstration boats of the group's brands, Simrad, Lowrance, B&G and C-Map, house a software development team, as well as sales and marketing teams.

Rapprochement of the ports of La Rochelle

The 3 ports of La Rochelle, made up of the commercial port of La Pallice, the fishing port of Chef de Baie and all the marinas (Les Minimes, the Old Port and the beaching port) have officially joined together in the La Rochelle Ports Center association. Their objective is to work together, particularly in infrastructure investments.

Freedom Boat Club passes 50,000 members

The Freedom Boat Club brand, the largest player in the boat club industry and a member of the Brunswick Group, announced it has passed the symbolic 50,000 member mark worldwide. The network boasts 360 directly managed or franchised bases worldwide for boaters wishing to use the boats.

The 1st Lagoon dealer is Italian

Catamaran manufacturer Lagoon has named its Italian representative NSS Yachting as the best European dealer. A dealer for the multihull brand since 2013, the NSS Group also operates a marina in Sardinia and a charter fleet of 120 boats.

Highfield Boats inaugurates new premises

RIB manufacturer Highfield Boats has taken delivery of an extension to its production facility in Weihai, China. The new 17,000 m² facility brings the total area to 26,000 m². Combined with laser cutting tools and robots for surface treatment and welding, they will allow the brand to continue its development, having sold more than 27,000 boats since 2011.
