Reorganization of the Bénéteau Group's departments

Calixte de la Martinière has been named director of human resources for the Bénéteau Group. Arrived in September 2018 at the Vendée-based yachting leader as director of transformation, he retains this position, while replacing Corinne Margot in charge of the group's HR since 2015. The latter is leaving the nautical industry. Calixte de la Martinière is also joining the management committee.

Bavaria Yachts changes CEO

The Bavaria Yachts shipyard is changing its CEO. Michael Müller, who took over as CEO of Bavaria in February 2019, is handing over to Marc Diening, a yachtsman in his own right with professional experience in the industry.

Changes at the head of La Ciotat Shipyard

Announced in the hot seat by the local press for several months, the general manager of La Ciotat Shipyard has left the head of the semi-public company managing the Côte d'Azur shipyard, according to our colleague Le Marin. He had been in post since July 2015. No name of a successor has been announced to date.

The Belem Foundation renews its president

Jean-Charles Filippini, 66, Chairman of the Orientation and Supervisory Board of the Caisse d'Epargne CEPAC, has been elected Chairman of the Belem Foundation. The structure, financially supported by the bank, manages the famous French three-masted sailing ship. The new Chairman succeeds Nicolas Plantrou, who has been in office for 10 years.

Sealegs reviews its commercial organization

Amphibious boat specialist Sealegs has announced the appointment of two new sales managers. Kack Ewen takes responsibility for the shipyard's global service department, while Fares Hamed assumes the position of Global Service Manager.
