New agent for Privilege catamarans

Privilège Marine has announced the arrival of a new agent in its network for the British Isles. Inspiration Marine Group now represents the Vendée-based catamaran builder in the UK and Ireland. The company was already one of the main distributors of the brands of the Hanse group (Hanse, Dehler and Fjord) which bought Privilège Marine in May 2017.

New 80HP for Nanni Diesel

The marine engine manufacturer Nanni Diesel launches the N4.80. This new 79 horsepower, in-line 4-cylinder engine is developed by the Gironde-based company on a Kubota block.

New ISO approvals for West System

Epoxy resin producer Wessex Resins & Adhesives Ltd has achieved ISO 9001:2015 quality certification. Based in Romsey, UK, it produces and distributes, under license from Gougeon Brothers Inc., the components of the West System and Pro-Set epoxy ranges for Europe, Africa and the Middle East.

Already 10 orders for the Astus 20.5

Presented for the first time at Boot Düsseldorf 2018, the Astus 20.5 The new trimaran from the Morbihan-based shipyard Astus Boats is a great success. 10 boats have already been ordered, while the yacht, designed by VPLP, has not yet been tested by the general public.

New nautical training at UBO

The University of Western Brittany (UBO) has announced the opening of a new professional degree "nautical engineering and sustainable development" at the beginning of the 2018 academic year. It is open to holders of a BPJEPS and to managers of nautical structures.
