Appointments, departures, job changes... There's been movement at X-Shore, CapRegatta, Boero, Tecmar and Catana.

X-Shore appoints new General Manager

A few weeks after the retirement of its CEO Jenny Keisu, electric pleasure boat manufacturer X-Shore has announced the name of its successor. He is René Hansen, a newcomer to the boating industry. He has previously held management roles in renewable energies, recycling and snowboarding.

CapRegatta organizes its fleet management

CapRegatta has signed a contract with the Jeanneau shipyard for the acquisition of a rental fleet of 21 Sun Fast 30 ODs a new one-design from the Vendée-based shipyard. It is now structured to manage boats in Lorient, Marseille and Portsmouth. Martin Louchart has been appointed Superintendent at CapRegatta.

Changes at Boero France

Change at marine paint manufacturer Boero in France. Thierry Maury, the Italian brand's sales manager since 2015, is stepping down.

Tecmar strengthens its electrical team

The distributor Tecmar has appointed a new Product Manager for the Electricity Business Unit. He is Jean Marc Gosselin, experienced in the boating and electrical industries, having successively held the positions of technical manager at Navtec from 1988 to 2006, technical manager at Mastervolt from 2006 to 2019, then sales manager OEM France from 2019 to 2022. Since January 2022, he has been sales manager at CARRIAGE RV.

Arrival at Catana Group Marans

Arnaud Prouet joins the Catana Group's Marans production site, which produces Bali units, as UAP Polyester Manager. Prior to this, he spent 23 years in various positions of responsibility at the Bénéteau Group's composite plants in the Vendée region.
