CDK Technologies : Loick Peyron and Stéphane Digard at the helm

CDK Group announces a new organization combining the internal skills of a new Managing Director, Stéphane Digard and a prestigious recruit, Loick Peyron. A new step in the strategic development plan of this major player in ocean racing.

Stéphane Digard, new Chief Operating Officer

Having arrived from the world of motor racing at the time of Philippe Facque's departure and the sale of CDK Technologies to Inspiring Sport Capital, Cyril Abiteboul has decided to step back from the operational management of the company. While remaining a shareholder, he is handing over his position as Managing Director of CDK Group to Stéphane Digard. Present in ocean racing for almost 30 years, he was already Deputy Managing Director of CDK Technologies and played a key role in the recent development of the shipyard, as Lucien Boyer, President of CDK Group and representative of Inspiring Sport Capital, recalls: "It is really on Stéphane that the development of CDK Technologies has been based these last ten years to become the shipyard that it is today, leader, recognized and respected by the biggest actors of the offshore racing. It is therefore a natural evolution for him to take the helm of the shipyard today, for the implementation of an ambitious development project that respects the tradition of high standards of CDK Technologies."

Stéphane Digard will be supported by Yann Dollo, deputy general manager, and Romain Cachia, appointed technical director of the site.

Loick Peyron at the helm of the strategic council

In parallel with these executive changes, CDK Group is setting up a strategic council. The body will be chaired by the renowned skipper Loïck Peyron, who is familiar with the shipyard and has built numerous yachts on which he has sailed, such as Banque Populaire 5. The committee will also include Cyril Abiteboul, the outgoing deputy CEO, Jean-Marie Buignet, CEO of C3Technologies, which was recently acquired by CDK Group, and Bruno Cerclev, former CEO of Rossignol, CEO of Aqualung and shareholder of CDK Group.

The committee's mission will be to define strategic orientations, at a time when CDK Group is diversifying and showing its desire to go international by 2024.
