Boot Düsseldorf and EBI continue their cooperation

European Boating Industry (EBI), the European Boating Industry Federation and the organisers of the Düsseldorf Boat Show have announced that their cooperation will continue until 2022. The holding of the Industry Breakfast Meeting prior to the opening of the show is the key point of the partnership, allowing European representatives to follow the evolution of the sector.

Hanse announces improved results

The Hanse Group, owner of the eponymous brand, the Dehler, Moody and Privilège sailboats, and the Fjord and Sealine powerboats, reported improved results. Orders for the first quarter of 2020/2021 were up 85% year-on-year, reaching 62 million euros for 264 boats.

Nanni expands its network in Asia

The French marine engine manufacturer has a new exclusive importer in Asia. Naval Pacifico Maquinas Lda, will develop the market in the region of Macao (China), Korea, Taiwan, Malaysia, Indonesia and also in Hong Kong (for commercial business only).

Hanse joins forces with insurer Pantaenius

The German Hanse Group has signed an agreement with its compatriot Pantaenius for its Safety Cloud service. Launched in 2019, the application offers boat tracking, the possibility of reporting problems to the dealer, but also the purchase of spare parts and now insurance policies.

Click&Boat confirms a successful summer for yacht charters

The Click&Boat boat rental platform shows an increase in transactions on its site during the summer of 2020. Compared to the same month in 2019, boat rentals by French people in France increased by 74% in July, 40% in August and 56% in September. It should be noted that foreign tenants are not included in these statistics.
