In the spring of 2026, Aschenez Holding reached a milestone in the organization of its nautical activities. The group, which brings together the Invictus Yacht, Capoforte and Marcopolo Adventure Yachts in a market where industrial integration is becoming increasingly important, the Group is tightening its control over production and development.
A complete takeover for a three-brand group
In April 2026, Aschenez Holding announced that it had acquired the remaining 40% of Aschenez Srl. Since March 2026, the holding company therefore owns 100%. The group is organized around two construction sites, at Borgia in Calabria and Villafranca Tirrena near Messina, Sicily. Together, they represent some 20,000 m² of facilities and 200 employees.
The portfolio includes 13 Invictus Yachts from 28 to 55 feet, 12 Capoforte models from 19 to 28 feet, and two Marcopolo units of 10 and 12 meters. The sales network is supported by over 50 dealers worldwide.
Highly integrated production, from composites to fittings
The Group claims to carry out up to 90% of manufacturing operations in-house. These include glass and carbon lamination, joinery, painting, assembly and final testing. Electrical, logistics and saddlery departments complete the industrial facilities, with a workshop dedicated to customization.
In the press release, Rosario Alcaro, General Manager states: " Acquisition of full ownership enables fully integrated management of the Group's sites and brands "before adding that the aim is to strengthen our position in the units from 30 to 60 feet .
Carbon, infusion and structural lightening
Aschenez also highlights several technical choices: infusion, increased use of carbon, use of prepreg on certain elements, honeycomb panel interior partitions and structural tanks. The group also plans to replace some of the internal wooden structures with resin-impregnated high-density polyurethane, which will save weight and, in his view, reduce fuel consumption.
