Riviera Plaisance comes under the control of the Letellier brothers

Riviera Plaisance opens a new chapter. The Côte d'Azur distributor founded in 2011 will change shareholders in January 2026. The Letellier brothers take over the company with a strategy of managerial continuity and development in motor yachts, sailing yachts and catamarans.

The landscape of nautical distribution in the Alpes-Maritimes is changing. In January 2026, Riviera Plaisance was acquired by Guillaume and Adrien Letellier, already directors of Exclusive Yacht Riviera in Mandelieu. Founded in 2011 by Bastien Infante and Mathias Coulomb, Riviera Plaisance has developed over the past fifteen years around a clear positioning, distributing motor yachts and accompanying customers on premium units. The acquisition is not accompanied by any organizational upheaval. Vianney Guézénec has been confirmed as CEO, reflecting the company's commitment to operational continuity.

Management continuity and regional consolidation

The Letellier brothers are no newcomers to the market. Their roots in the Côte d'Azur yachting industry go back several decades through their dealership business. This acquisition strengthens their presence in a strategic area between Cannes and Mandelieu.

The management team and sales teams have been retained to maintain the momentum of recent years. Riviera Plaisance has consolidated its activity in the motor yacht segment, notably with the Jeanneau and Prestige Yachts brands, which form a structuring base.

Acceleration on sails and catamarans

While the engine remains a mainstay, the new development phase also focuses on sailing and Lagoon catamarans. The Côte d'Azur market is showing growing interest in cruising multihulls, particularly in the context of family programs and long-distance cruising.

Ludovic Siguret joins the sales team to strengthen the sailing division. His professional experience and sporting background complement a team focused on advice and support for more technical projects.

A high-end positioning strategy

The takeover of Riviera Plaisance is part of a vision focused on customer service, in-depth knowledge of the local ecosystem and project management of large-scale yachts. On the Côte d'Azur, the superyacht market relies as much on the quality of our support as on the strength of the brands we distribute.

With this acquisition, the Letellier family consolidates its position in the Alpes-Maritimes region, where it has been active since 1975.
