Waszp has a new agent in France

New WASZP agent

WASZP, a one-design class of foil moth, has a new exclusive agent for France. The flying sailboat built under license by Mc Conaghy is now represented in France by Manu Guédon's Activ'Sailing company, based in Saint-Philibert in Morbihan.

Reinforced OEM agreement between Bénéteau and Mercury Marine

Outboard engine manufacturer Mercury Marine and the Bénéteau boat brand are strengthening their bond. The original equipment partnership agreement between the shipyard and the American engine brand, inaugurated in 2018 in North America, is being extended worldwide. Packages for the European market will be presented at upcoming events.

New Brunswick Increases Dividends

The Brunswick Group, the American leader in the yachting industry, shows its confidence in the future. It has announced a 12.5% increase in its dividend payments, for the 8th consecutive year of increase.

Cancellation of the Assises de l'Economie de la Mer (Conference on the Economics of the Sea)

The Assises de l'Economie de la Mer, an event bringing together professionals from all maritime sectors, including yachting, have announced the cancellation of the already postponed 2020 edition. They will meet again on 14 and 15 September 2021 in Nice.

MB92 La Ciotat launches its 300T Origins project

MB92 La Ciotat, the French entity of the Spanish yacht refit group, has announced the creation of 300T Origins. It will be a site dedicated to large pleasure boats under 300 tons, between 30 and 50 meters. It will have a 300-tonne travelift, 14 dry spaces, including 4 with keel wells and a 50-metre paint booth.
