Japanese engine manufacturer Yanmar has finalized the recruitment of its team for its new French subsidiary set up since the end of its partnership with Fenwick. Under the direction of Julio Arribas, Head of Southwest Europe, it is composed of: Philippe Cabot and Thierry Berest, sales engineers; Pierre-Jean Sendra, senior product engineer; Philippe Craipeau, application engineer and Maël Lansonneur, customer service engineer.

Maya Gautier joins Nautitech

After experiences at Nanni Diesel, Dubourdieu shipyard, sailmaker Dufour Yachts and a final marketing position for Lagoon catamarans, Maya Gautier continues her activities in the multihull. She joined the Nautitech site in Rochefort as product line manager.

Lee Gordon, from Mercury to Brunswick

Lee Gordon has been in charge of communication for the American engine manufacturer Mercury for 5 years and has been promoted to Director of Communication for the Brunswick Group. He will now also oversee the boat brands of the American leader in yachting, including Boston Whaler, Sea Ray, Bayliner or Quicksilver. A successor will be recruited to support him in the communication of outboard engines.

Nathalie Quéré leaves Akzo Nobel

After leading Akzo Nobel's sailing sponsorship campaign during the last Volvo Ocean Race, but also Ellen Mac Arthur's campaign with BT during the 2009 Vendée Globe or participating in the America's Cup as part of Alinghi's communication team in 2003, Nathalie Quéré created her marketing and sports sponsorship consultancy agency, W Consulting BV.

Thibaut Brandicourt joins Grassi Bateaux

Grassi Bateaux, a major boat dealer in La Rochelle for the Jeanneau, J Composites and Nautitech brands, has a new sales manager. Former communication manager of the Société des Régates Rochelaises, previously with Team Winds, Thibaut Brandicourt took up his position in March 2019.
