A multi-sector initiative to structure environmental action
Developed by Marine Future and Foxall Munro, the Marine Impact Lab is aimed at industrial decision-makers, naval architects, engineers, designers and CSR managers wishing to move from observation to implementation. The event is intended to be limited and targeted: just a hundred or so professionals, gathered for a day of practical workshops around two thematic paths, "Productâeuros¯" and "Organizationâeuros¯".
The Product Track, run by Marine Futures, focuses on life cycle assessment (LCA) tools, eco-responsible design and the environmental performance of industrial processes. Ollie Taylor, Director of Marine Futures and leader of the MarineShift360 program, insists: " The sector already has effective tools for reducing its footprint. What was missing was a common space to share them, collaborate and transform them into operational progress. "
A structuring framework for yachting companies

The second course, entrusted to Foxall Munro, offers modules dedicated to governance, stakeholder engagement and carbon reporting. The firm, involved in over 950 projects in 95 sectors, provides companies with open-source self-assessment models and customized development plans.
Damian Foxall, co-founder of Foxall Munro, explains: "The Marine Impact Lab aims to go beyond mere talk. It offers a structured workspace, with practical tools, so that each participant leaves with a clear roadmap. "
Concrete applications already deployed
Concrete examples of the MarineShift360 methodology being integrated into industry can already be seen: Williams Jet Tenders used this approach to design its Evene range of low-carbon tenders, reducing its operational waste by 21âeuros¯%. North Sails, meanwhile, has invested in solar installations to reduce its annual COâ emissions by 600 tonnes, while Starboard has developed an Olympic board that reduces its environmental footprint by 19âeuros¯%.

Ticketing, format and conditions
Participation in the Marine Impact Lab is priced at 150âeuros¯â¬, including access to workshops, resources, expert speakers, networking lunch and an informal closing moment at the end of the day. The event takes place alongside Metstrade, on November 17, 2025.
