Laëtitia Pichard, who has held a number of positions in human resources, has announced that she has taken up the position of HR Coordinator with Groupe Beneteau. More specifically, she joins the Motor Yachting division of the Vendée-based manufacturer. In this role, she will be supporting the teams in a context of transformation and skills enhancement.

Mathilde de Kerangat, from competition to training

She has been appointed Sports Technical Advisor to the French Sailing Federation. Holder of an M2 in sports law and a DEJEPS, she will contribute to sports coaching and skills development in clubs.
Juliette Bourdon leaves Skaw Sailing
Juliette Bourdon, Skaw Sailing's Communications Manager for the past two years, has announced her departure. She had joined the project during Caroline Boule's first Mini Transat, before continuing to support the team with communications around the Mini 6.50 Nicomatic - Petit Bateau. She says she is open to new opportunities in the sector.
Fredrik Westin to take over as CFO of AkzoNobel in January 2026
On the international front, AkzoNobel, a major player in marine paints and coatings (Awlgrip, International, Intersleek...), announces the arrival of Fredrik Westin as Chief Financial Officer. He will succeed Maarten de Vries on January 1, 2026. Westin is a Swedish executive with experience in the industrial and automotive sectors. This appointment comes against a background of downsizing announced by the Group in France and internationally.
