METS Trade aims to strengthen the role of young professionals in the boating industry

The METS Trade show is launching a collaboration with Marine Resources to enable young yachting professionals to take advantage of the show to learn more about the industry, and companies to facilitate their recruitment.

METS Trade and Marine Resources join forces

The international METS Trade show has sealed a partnership with British marine recruitment specialist Marine Resources. The two partners will work together to set up a "Young Professional Club" program and a "Carrer Zone" at the 2023 show.

Meetings, acculturation and recruitment

Young visitors wishing to work in the boating industry will benefit from coaching by Marine Resources recruiters, workshops and round tables, as well as the opportunity to expand their networks. For their part, exhibitors can take advantage of the Career Zone to advertise their job offers free of charge.

Understanding the expectations of Generation Z

At a time when the industry is sometimes struggling to recruit and attract young professionals, Marine Resources will also be developing its "The Future Talent" program, which collects the views and data of young entrants to the industry to enable employers to better identify the expectations of young professionals, particularly millenials and Generation Z, who are essential to the future of the industry and its renewal.
