Spring is on its way, and so is the boating season. But to serve boaters, the industry needs people. Between institutional campaigns, boat shows and open houses, the pre-season is a time for recruitment.

A cruel lack of arms

The nautical industry needs people. While recruitment difficulties have been in the news for some time, they are now acute.
