Team Winds Atlantic changes its name

The boat rental company specialized in events and corporate regattas, Team Winds Atlantique, is changing its name. Taken over in November 2022 by Harold Baseden and Dimitri Caudrelier, the company from La Trinité sur Mer is renamed Yellow Impact Sailing.

Windelo Catamarans signs with Transfluid

Windelo Catamarans has signed an OEM agreement with engine manufacturer Transfluid. Transfluid will supply electric motors for its range of catamarans.

Astus Boats acquires a new American distributor

Trimaran manufacturer Astus Boats has signed a new distribution agreement with RedBearSailing. This transportable boat specialist, based near Annapolis, will represent Astus Boats throughout the United States.

Greenline refocuses on large units

The Slovenian shipyard Greenline Yachts, a specialist in hybrid and electric boats, has announced the end of production of the Greenline 33, which was built in almost 500 units and which contributed to the growth of the shipyard. This decision is intended to leave space for the manufacture of larger units, towards which the shipyard is refocusing its policy.

Generali partners with Rescue Zone

The insurer Generali has announced that it has become a strategic partner of Rescue Zone, a free application for mutual aid between boaters that also allows for an optimized connection with the rescue services at sea.

Fountaine Pajot presents its 1st Samana Smart Electric

The Fountaine-Pajot shipyard has presented to the public the first catamaran model equipped with a hydrogen fuel cell. The Samana 59 Smart Electric is equipped with a REXH2 battery from EODev, to meet the energy needs on board, instead of a generator.
