Expanding into original equipment

Ermax's ambition is to develop its business with new boat builders in series, while continuing its work with boaters in the sector and small repair yards.

Jacky Gaffari, manager of the activity, presents the service offered to professionals, both technically and in terms of customization: "From 3D files or other elements, our design office works with the manufacturer's office on the model and the manufacturing method. We have the equipment to scan and remodel the part, then manufacture the mold with our 5-axis machining center. Autonomous from A to Z, we study any project, from the design to the realization, whatever the need: windshields, portholes, railings, panels of bridge doors, etc.

Our silk-screening service allows us to integrate logos or patterns as requested. With our laser cutter we are able to accommodate a multitude of shapes."
