Results of the architectural competition for the Skippers' House

The winner of the architectural competition for the Maison des Skippers, supported by Lorient Agglomération and the Lorient Grand Large association, has been announced. Lorient-based architects Bohuon Bertic won the bid for this project, estimated at 5.7 million euros, on 3,000 square meters in place of the French America's Cup Challenge building, which went up in smoke in 2018.
