Changes at the head of Midif

The marine engine distributor Midif is changing management. Bought by Marine Solutions Service, it has a new CEO, Laurène Cerramon, from the offshore oil and gas sector. Already an employee of the company, Gildas Neaud is taking over the commercial management. The company, exclusive distributor of Mitsubishi, Parsun thermal outboards and Haswing and ePropulsion electric outboards, wishes to develop in the electric boat sector.

Goiot hires an export salesman

Jules Goubault joins the Goiot sales team. Passionate sailor on all types of boats, he did his end of studies internship in the company. With his professional and sailing experience in Great Britain and the United States, Jules Goubault will ensure the development of the Nautical and Marine export markets.

Ian Walker joins North Sails

Ian Walker, a renowned sailor and ocean racer with Olympic medals and a victory in the Volvo Ocean Race, joins North Sails. He takes on the role of managing director of North Sails UK.

Brunswick Management Appointment

Brunswick Group has made 2 appointments. Neah clark, who joined the U.S. yachting leader in 2019 as CFO of Brunswick Boat Group, is promoted to vice president in charge of finance for the entire group with the 3 functions of investor relations, treasury and mergers and acquisitions. She replaces Brent Dahl on the investor relations side of the business, as he takes over as CFO of Brunswick Boat Group.

Fastmount Founder's Departure

Gregg Kelly, founder of furniture and upholstery fastener supplier Fastmount in 2004, is leaving the recently acquired company and his position as director and technical manager. He will be replaced by Keith Pratt, who was recently appointed managing director by owner Nautical Group Holdings.
