6th edition of the Pro&Mer exhibition
The Pro&Mer show is celebrating its 6th anniversary in 2019. For the 2nd consecutive year, the event will stop over in Morbihan. It will be held this year at the Palais des Congrès in Lorient on 19 March 2019. Organized by Bretagne Pole Naval, the show acts as a bridge between companies, training centres in the sea sector and people who wish to integrate the maritime sector.
More than 100 companies
The number of exhibitors will exceed 100 in 2019 to reach 114 companies. If the companies of the civil and military naval sectors are the most represented, boating also exposes through the CDK Technologies shipyard or the South Brittany shipyard. Recruitment agencies will also offer positions for recreational boat builders. OEMs are also announced.

Training in the spotlight
CV writing workshops, job dating, conferences and round tables will be organised.
Sea Professions Sheets
On the occasion of the exhibition, Bretagne Pole Naval will publish the 2019 edition of its booklet of 55 job descriptions. Among the new features, the booklet will contain an item "Agent d'accueil des ports de plaisance".
1600 job offers around the maritime sector
Candidates can submit their CV online upstream on the Pro&Mer website, in order to facilitate recruitment. Offers are also visible after registration. "The volume of offers should greatly exceed last year's to reach more than 1600 job offers," enthuses Anne-Marie Cuesta, General Delegate of Brittany's Pole Naval. "The particularity of this year is the number of small structures with 2.3 to 10 offers, particularly in maintenance, port and yachting."
