Lorient hosts the Ocean BtoB meeting on February 6, 2019. An event reserved for professionals in the maritime world, from boating to renewable energy and digital, with a menu of round tables and meetings between companies.

Ocean BtoB back in Lorient

Organized by the Pôle Mer Bretagne Atlantique, the Ocean BtoB professional meeting will hold its 5th edition in Lorient on February 6, 2019. The event targets all companies active in the maritime environment, including boating and ocean racing, but also maritime safety and security, marine renewable energies, blue biotechnologies, professional shipbuilding, digital. The 2018 edition had brought together 230 companies from the sector, to weave bridges between trades and create business relationships.

Workshops and professional meetings

The day is organized around workshops on the various tools for supporting companies, from financing to innovation management. Companies and associations from the nautical sector will share their experiences, such as AFPA Auray for training, the Nina Cluster for digital management in yachting, or Eurolarge Innovation and Avel Robotics for offshore racing.

40-minute slots are set aside during the day to allow participants to network through direct meetings.

Practical information

The Ocean BtoB meeting is held at the Palais des Congrès in Lorient, Quai Gustave Mansion.

Registration is open until February 4, 2019. The participation fee is 55euros.
