Transporting, securing and launching boats requires equipment capable of adapting to a variety of hulls and sometimes limited infrastructures. With three new products presented this season, Nautipark aims to respond to the very real problems encountered by harbour managers and lifting and wintering professionals alike.
Reduce the weight of bers without reducing load capacity
The new L2-13 side-mounted cradle targets a sensitive point in handling operations: the weight of the equipment itself. At just 13 kg, this model is easy to handle by hand, while retaining a load capacity of 2.5 tonnes.

This weight reduction is of direct interest to shipyard crews and dry ports, which move dozens of bers every day. The manufacturer also announces a working height of up to 1.30 m. This clearance makes it possible to adapt to very different units, from cruising sailboats to motorboats with high freeboard. The system can also be used to secure boats weighing up to 15 tons.
Another technical point is that this cradle remains compatible with EVO80 sleepers, as well as with several trailers in the Nautipark range, from the Quicklev 2.5T to the Parklift 20T. For professionals already equipped, this compatibility reduces the need to change equipment fleets and simplifies storage operations.
Launching ramps remain a headache for large drafts
Complicated launchings are still common in secondary ports and on certain public slipways. Insufficient slope, low tide or limited depth often mean that the tractor has to be partially submerged.
Nautipark presents a telescopic hitch capable of extending the trailer by more than 3 meters. The principle is simple: increase the distance between the towing vehicle and the trailer to keep the drive wheels out of the water.

This problem particularly affects deep-draught sailboats and certain powerboats transported on heavy trailers. On long, gently sloping slips, it quickly becomes difficult to float the boat without engaging the tractor in salt water.
And in ports where vehicles are launched repeatedly, limiting vehicle immersion also reduces corrosion phenomena, which are often costly for operators and handling companies.
The system developed by Nautipark therefore responds to a very operational constraint, well known to users of hydraulic trailers or rolling bers.
Setting up multihulls requires different supports
The 5T central trestle has also been upgraded with a new rubber support surface. Until now, this model used a wooden support. This change is aimed in particular at catamarans, whose hulls require softer contact zones to avoid localized stresses during storage or maintenance phases.

However, the 5° pivot, already present on the previous version, has been retained. This allows you to adjust the pressure on the hull to increase the contact surface and improve the boat's stability during stalling.
