It's a busy time for C2 Marine. Following on from the success of Yamnar, the company has become Vetus Centre. The arrival of a technical center dedicated to on-board systems is not limited to a new structure, but brings with it the notion of local service for yachtsmen and professionals alike.
A technical layout designed for regional service
C2 Marine is supported by a 400 m² mechanical workshop to be commissioned in 2025. This infrastructure will enable the company to absorb a greater volume of maintenance and installation work.
For yachting professionals, this capacity makes it easier to plan operations, especially during busy periods. It also reduces unit downtime, a key point for fleet managers and shipyards. C2 Marine's status as a VETUS Centre enables it to sell engines and original parts. This integration into the manufacturer's network secures and simplifies maintenance operations.
Technical training, a lever for standardizing operations
The VETUS Centre model includes a certified training component. Technicians are coached on the brand's equipment, with standardized diagnostic and installation procedures.
For players in the sector, this standardization helps to improve the quality of interventions and reduce differences in practices between workshops. It also contributes to the safety of installations, particularly complex systems.
On the other hand, this specialization can focus skills on a precise product perimeter, requiring a complementary organization for multi-equipment fleets.
Territorial organization of the service network
C2 Marine covers the departments of Pyrénées Orientales, Aude and Haute Garonne. The center also coordinates the sales outlets in this area. This structuring brings clarity to the organization of after-sales service, with an identified contact for technical operations and distribution.
For distributors and worksites, it clarifies responsibilities, particularly with regard to warranty work and installation follow-up.
