A modern river port at the heart of the Oise River
Opening in 2022, the river port of L'Isle-Adam offers 139 berths for boats up to 25.9 meters long and with a maximum draught of 2 meters. It is equipped with a harbor master's office, sanitary facilities, a self-service careening area, as well as services such as wastewater pumping, water and electricity distribution, and PRM access on a pontoon .
The nautical stopover has a 24-meter pontoon, a 300 m² water surface, two bollards and four mooring cleats, enabling it to accommodate two pleasure boats .
A change in management style
At present, the port is managed by Eiffage Aménagement under a civil lease, with operations subcontracted to Sodeports. The boat stop is managed by Sodeports under an occupancy agreement for the public river domain. The commune has decided to terminate the civil lease early and entrust management of the two infrastructures to a single concessionaire under a public service concession .
The future concessionaire's missions
The concessionaire will be responsible for the operation of port services, upkeep and maintenance of equipment, including regular dredging of the port. It will also have to make and finance the investments required for the service to run smoothly. The concessionaire will be remunerated from operating revenues, with payment of a fee to the municipality.
An open call for applications
The consultation is open until September 11, 2025. Candidates should propose a contract duration of between 10 and 15 years, justified in terms of the investments envisaged. Market documents are available on the commune's buyer profile .
