Within the framework of the concession awarded by the Municipality of Le Marin to the Société d'Exploitation des Ports de Plaisance (SAEPP), a new call for bidders has been published for the occupation of premises located within the Marina du Marin, on the Bassin Tortue.
A commercial or administrative space
The call for tenders concerns premises located on the 1st floor of building 4, basin 1, intended for office or storage use. The offer falls within the scope of current regulations, specified by Ordinance no. 2017-562 of April 19, 2017, which requires transparency and competitive bidding for private occupations of the public domain.
Deadline for response: July 1, 2025
Nautical professionals or any other economic operator wishing to propose an activity compatible with the site are invited to submit their application before Tuesday, July 1, 2025. The necessary documents, including full specifications, can be obtained directly from the marina's harbor master's office.
A limited period of occupancy
The authorized period of occupancy may not exceed January 1, 2027, when the current concession expires. This limitation is intended to respect the principles of free competition, while allowing for the amortization of any investments and an adequate return on the funds raised.
Projects submitted will be evaluated according to criteria detailed in the specifications. In the event of multiple applications, a selection procedure will be launched to award the premises.
