Frédéric Boleis, new Sales Manager France for Honda Marine

Appointments, departures, job changes... There's been movement at Honda Marine, Sessa Marine, SEIMI, ADV Propulse, Yanmar and Railblaza.

New sales manager at Honda Marine France

At the beginning of July 2023, Honda Marine announced the arrival of a new sales department manager for the French market. His name is Frédéric Boléis. Active in the nautical sector since 2003, he was sales manager for boat dealer MB Marine in Arzon for 7 years, before joining equipment manufacturer Navicom, then rival engine manufacturer Yamaha Motor from 2015 to 2023 as marine business manager for the south-west.

Sessa Marine appoints new CEO

The Sessa Marine shipyard, recently acquired by its partner, Brazilian manufacturer Intech Boating has announced the appointment of a new general manager. Italian Davide Breviglieri, who headed Azimut Yachts' Brazilian subsidiary for 10 years, will lead the new South American owner's development project for the famous Italian brand. He will be based at Sessa Marine's Italian headquarters.

Promotion and departure from SEIMI

Equipment manufacturer SEIMI changes sales director. Olivier Genitoni, who joined SEIMI in November 2020, is leaving the Alliance Marine subsidiary to join ADV Propulse, a young company developing trochoidal propulsion systems. He is being replaced by Ludovic Reijl, previously SEIMI's sales manager for Brittany. A recruitment drive is currently underway to fill this position.

A sustainable propulsion product manager at Yanmar

Japanese engine manufacturer Yanmar has announced the appointment of a sustainable propulsion product manager. Stijn Takes, previously with equipment supplier Navico, is tasked, as of June 1, 2023, with strengthening Yanmar's teams to develop hybrid and 100% electric technologies.

Railblaza appoints EMEA sales director

On-water fishing and leisure equipment specialist Railblaza has announced the appointment of its new EMEA Sales Director. He is Nick Edgington. With 25 years' experience in the industry, he succeeds Peter Dudman, who has retired after 13 years with Railblaza.
