Pierre Flotard takes over the management of Alliance Marine's Yachting Division

Appointments, departures, job changes There has been movement within the Alliance Marine group, at VDM Reya, Brunswick group, Fédération Française des Ports de Plaisance, Boero, Structures, MB92.

Transfers within the Alliance Marine Group

Pierre Flotard, who has been with the equipment manufacturer Alliance Marine since 2014, is changing positions. Since March 2022, he has been director of the Yachting Division of the Alliance Marine group. He is replaced as operational director of the VDM Reya entity, which he had held since January 2016, by Jean-Nicolas Barral, previously director of transformation for the Alliance Marine group.

Brunswick expands its organizational chart

The American leader in yachting, the Brunswick Group, has made two appointments within the group management. Alexandra Cattelan, a specialist in electric mobility in the automotive sector, has joined the marine group as technical director. She will be in charge of pursuing the ACES program for Autonomy, Connectivity, Electrification and Shared access.

A new position of Director of Sustainability is also being created within the Brunswick Group. Its first incumbent is Jennifer Koenig.

New General Delegate at the FFPP

The governance of the French Federation of Marinas continues to be renewed. After having changed its president, the association has a new general delegate. It is Guillaume Nardin, who has worked for various national maritime institutions and sold pleasure boats at Neo Marine.

Boero appoints yachting director

The Boero Group, specialist in antifouling paints, has appointed a new director for its yachting activities. Gemma Gonzalez Ferrer will head the YachtCoatings and Veneziani Yachting brands.

Erwan Tymen launches his own business

After more than 22 years in the design office of the Structures shipyard, working on boats from the Pogo 1 to the latest Pogo 40 S4 or Pogo 44, Erwan Tymen is leaving the sailboat builder from Finistère. He is now an independent sailor.

New General Manager at MB92

The yacht refit specialist MB92, present in Barcelona and La Ciotat, strengthens its management team. Jean-Marc Bolinger has been appointed General Manager of MB92 Group. Pepe Garcia-Aubert, who had been combining the two functions, is leaving the general management, but retains the presidency.
