Mercator Marine Group has announced the acquisition of Technautic and Technik Fürs Boot - TFB. The group, which was formed by the merger of the Dutch companies Allpa Marine Equipment and Combi Noord, acquires with Technautic, based in Wormerveer in the Netherlands, and TFB, located in Paderborn in Germany, two dynamic distributors with a good brand portfolio. They both represent in their countries well known companies such as Humminbird, Minn Kota or Navionics.
