The purpose of these General Terms of Use, hereinafter the "GTU", is to determine the conditions of access to the Website as well as the terms and conditions of use of the Services by the Users. By using the Website, you accept in their entirety the GCU, which INFODUSTRIE reserves the right to modify at any time and without prior notice.

The information provided by INFODUSTRIE on the Website is for information purposes only. INFODUSTRIE does not guarantee the accuracy, adequacy, completeness or timeliness of the information provided on its Website. Consequently, the User acknowledges that he/she is solely responsible for the use of this information and that INFODUSTRIE shall not be held liable for it. INFODUSTRIE shall not be held responsible for the use of the Website and the Services.
In order to access the Site, the User must register by creating a User account directly on the Site.
The User must be at least 18 years old and fill in all the mandatory fields on the registration forms. The User guarantees that the data he/she communicates is accurate and true.
During the registration process, the User must accept the T&Cs by checking the relevant box, which constitutes full acceptance. The User must accept the policy on the protection of personal data, which constitutes full acceptance. If the acceptance boxes are not validated, the registration is refused. The public area remains accessible.
INFODUSTRIE may suspend, at its sole discretion, without notice and at any time, access to the Services of the Website and/or provide the User with new connection identifiers. Access to the Website and to the Services may be suspended temporarily or definitively by right and without delay if, for example, the User does not respect the present GTUs, in particular in the case of dissemination via the Website of content that is contrary to the law, to regulations, to public order, or of content that is offensive and/or contrary to the ethics of INFODUSTRIE (content of any kind, in particular violent, pornographic, racist, xenophobic, anti-Semitic, polemical, defamatory, insulting or denigrating content) INFODUSTRIE shall not be held responsible for any temporary or permanent suspension of access to the Site and the Services.
The User has the possibility to publish on the Website Content such as text, data, photographs, images, videos, sounds, links, and any other elements that can be shared. INFODUSTRIE has no legal obligation to control the contents published by the Users nor the veracity of the contents they publish under their full and entire responsibility.
The User grants INFODUSTRIE on a non-exclusive basis, free of charge, for the whole world and for the duration of protection indicated in the intellectual property code, all intellectual property rights pertaining to the Contents for reproduction, representation, display, broadcasting, distribution, communication, adaptation, editing, modification, translation, incorporation into other works, creation of derivative works, hosting, storage, for the use and operation, improvement, promotion and development of the Site and its Services, by any means, processes, media, including digital. In this regard, the User agrees that all Content published on the Website may be made available to the public. Thus, the User authorizes INFODUSTRIE to communicate it to the public free of charge on the INFODUSTRIE and its partners' sites, regardless of the process or means used to access it.
The User guarantees INFODUSTRIE that he has the necessary authorizations to publish and/or share the images or photographs he posts on the sites, in particular with regard to the right to privacy, the right to the image of persons and goods, and intellectual property rights (copyright, trademark rights, etc.). The User acknowledges and accepts that the comments, photographs, images, announcements, messages, images and photographs are under his sole responsibility and guarantees INFODUSTRIE against any claim or recourse that could be made to the latter concerning the latter by a User or any third party.

With the exception of Content submitted by Users, in the state that they themselves have submitted, the content present on the Website, such as logos, texts, information, sounds, graphics or images, are the property of INFODUSTRIE and, where applicable, of its partners. The User is authorized to consult them for personal use only. Any commercial use on a local, national or international level is forbidden. Consequently, the User undertakes not to reproduce, modify, publish, broadcast, post, transmit or distribute, by any means whatsoever, without the prior written authorization of INFODUSTRIE, the content, information, data and elements present on the Site, such as logos, texts, sounds, graphics, photographs or images.
It is also reminded that all trademarks, logos, trade names or other elements of intellectual and industrial property present on the Website are registered by INFODUSTRIE and its partners.
Any use not expressly authorized by these terms and conditions shall constitute an infringement of the intellectual property rights of INFODUSTRIE or its partners and shall constitute an infringement. It may also lead to a violation of image rights, personal rights or any other rights and regulations in force. The User is hereby informed that any use not expressly authorized may result in civil or criminal liability. INFODUSTRIE reserves the right to take legal action against any User who does not respect this prohibition.
All the elements published on the Site, including in particular the comments and photographs published on the Site by the User, may be referenced on a search engine and are therefore likely to be visible to a public outside the Site.

INFODUSTRIE may decide, at its sole discretion, without prior notice, and at any time, to delete any content that is illicit or infringes the rights of third parties, as soon as it becomes aware of it. The User accepts that comments, photographs, images, descriptions, advertisements and messages submitted to the Site may be moderated or deleted by INFODUSTRIE without prior notice.
Any fraudulent access by the User to the Site's Services is prohibited and sanctioned by the Criminal Code, as is the maintenance, alteration and obstruction of the operation of the Site and/or Services, as well as the fraudulent introduction, deletion or modification of data on the website and/or the Internet platform.
The User is solely responsible for the use made of the Site's Services and must take all necessary precautions to ensure that unauthorized third parties cannot access his or her data, particularly in the event of theft, lack of surveillance or loss of the terminal on which the Website is installed.

INFODUSTRIE shall in no case be held liable for any damage that may result from content published by a User on the Website, in particular in the event of non-conformity of the information published by Users, as INFODUSTRIE does not exercise any a priori control over the content.
The User is informed that the Site may contain hypertext links to other websites or applications. By clicking on these links, the User leaves the Website. As these websites or applications are published and managed by third parties, INFODUSTRIE has no control over the content published on these websites or applications. INFODUSTRIE shall in no way be held responsible for any consequences resulting from the User's following a hypertext link to a third-party site or application, including those of partners. The User shall not hold INFODUSTRIE liable for any delay in the information provided to him or in the event that such information is not up-to-date. INFODUSTRIE shall not be liable for any consequences, which may be harmful to the User, of the use of the information or Services made available through the Website.
INFODUSTRIE shall not be held responsible for the temporary or total unavailability of all or part of the access to the Website due to a difficulty linked to the response time and, in general, to any performance defect concerning the functioning of the Website.
A User's account information can be deleted by the User at any time from the User's profile settings. The User can then no longer access any Site Services. Login data is archived for 3 months.
INFODUSTRIE may terminate the contractual relationship with the User. The termination of access to the Services of the Website does not give rise to any compensation or consideration of any kind.
Should INFODUSTRIE fail to exercise any of its rights under these GTCs with respect to a User, such failure shall not constitute or be construed as a final waiver by INFODUSTRIE of such right.
Any provision of these TOU that is declared null and void, unenforceable, or invalid by virtue of a current rule of law or a court decision that has become final shall be deemed unwritten without invalidating these TOU or altering the validity of the other provisions.
In case of difficulties of interpretation resulting from a contradiction between any of the headings in the clauses and any of the clauses, the headings will be declared non-existent.
Notwithstanding the country from which the User uses the Services, the present TOS are exclusively governed by French law. Given the global dimension of the Internet, Users must also comply with the rules applicable to the territory from which they consult the Site or use its Services.
It is therefore reminded that it is the responsibility of Users to verify beforehand the legality of the actions they carry out via the Site and its Services with regard to the laws and regulations in force in the territory from which they carry out these actions and operations.
INFODUSTRIE and the User shall perform their obligations in good faith.
Any dispute or difficulty as well as, more generally, any dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of the present contract will be under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Commercial Court of Evry (France).
