New EMEA Sales Manager at Torqeedo

The German leader in electric boat propulsion Torqeedo has a new Vice President of Sales for EMEA, Europe Mediterranean and Middle East. Jochen Engelmann, who arrived on 1 January 2020, was previously Head of Central European Sales at Volvo Penta Industrie.

New Operations Director at Palumbo Marseille

The Marseille superyacht refit yard of the Italian group Palumbo has a new director of operations. This is Alexandre Seren who is leaving the position of Safety and Security Coordinator, Dockmaster at La Ciotat Shipyards which he had held since May 2018. He had previously spent 11 years as head of shipyard operations at Monaco Marine.

Promotion at Serge Ferrari

Maxime Labessouille joined textile specialist Serge Ferrari in September 2018 as head of the Marine and Furniture key accounts. In January 2020, he took over overall responsibility for the company's marine activity.

A Vice President of Technology at Brunswick

The Brunswick Group is acquiring a Vice President of Technologies. John F Reid joins the 1st American marine group where he will coordinate the long-term innovation projects led by the propulsion, boats, embedded systems and business acceleration business units.

Change of sales manager at Nautitech

The catamaran manufacturer Nautitech has recruited a new sales manager. Georges Tchoumak replaced Bruno Lescher on 1 January 2020. Previously in charge of export development and Dufour dealerships for the Scandinavian, Italian, Swiss, Australian and New Zealand zones, he has also worked during his career for the Numarine and Carver&Marquis Yachts shipyards, as well as various automotive companies.
