II.1.5) Brief description of the contract or purchase(s): The consultation consists of a call for expressions of interest for the appointment of an occupant of the public maritime domain for the installation of at least 25 floating recreational accommodation in the port of Gruissan on a defined body of water of approximately 15,000 m2 with part of the public land domain used as a car park.

The Tourist Office will finance a breakwater to protect the water body and moorings of about 300 linear metres and has a floating pontoon of about 200 linear metres.

This consultation follows a spontaneous expression of interest received by the Tourist Office.

The negotiation of the public domain occupancy agreement is scheduled for June and July 2019.

The establishment of these floating accommodations makes it possible to meet a real need while strengthening the tourist and economic attractiveness of the marina.
