New Bavaria dealer in La Rochelle

Neo Marine Atlantic becomes the new exclusive dealer for Bavaria Yachts, sailing and motor, in the area from La Rochelle to Royan, as well as the surrounding towns inland. The company, which opened on 1 February 2018, is linked to the company Néo Marine, the Bavaria Catamarans concessionaire in the port of Le Marin in Martinique. It fills the void left by the absence of a Bavaria Yachts dealer in La Rochelle for the last 3 years.

Jean-Luc Chalant becomes Agent McConaghy

Amati Yachts Services, the company of Jean-Luc Chalant, already X-Yachts distributor for France, is adding the brand new McConaghy catamarans to its catalogue. He becomes the distributor of the McConaghy Catamarans Europe subsidiary, created in Denmark by the famous Australian-Chinese shipyard, renowned for its racing and fast cruising yachts, with a view to distributing its own range of multihulls.

45,000 visitors at the Nautiques de Port-Camargue

The Nautiques de Port-Camargue held its 24th edition during the Easter weekend of 2018. With 650 boats on display and 45,000 visitors over 4 days, the organisation is delighted with a successful gamble despite the unfavourable weather. It claims to remain the largest second-hand and new boat show in the Mediterranean.

Successful rescue for Premier Pontoons

The American leader of the pontoon boat, Premier Marine Inc. has escaped bankruptcy. The Wyoming company emerged from the Chapter 11 safeguard on March 27, 2018. Premier Pontoon Holdings LLC, the new brand owner, and the new CEO, Rick Gallagher, are now working to re-launch the brand.
