Expanding the offer
Theix Inox Diffusion (TID), based in Theix in Morbihan, has been selling stainless steel fasteners, screws and small fittings for 20 years. Through the new agreement with the Burgundy company YLTEC, TID is expanding its offer by proposing more important stainless steel deck equipment, such as stanchions, boat balconies, bathing ladders, handrails or davits.

YLTEC fittings are entirely manufactured in Yonne, according to a high quality standard. These Made In France products are an ideal complement to the range of imported stainless steel products, already distributed by TID. They complete the offer on the top of the range segment.
Increase the share of water sports
Also active in the construction industry, TID realizes 30% of its turnover in the nautical sector. This is a sector that Mr. Renault, the company's director, wishes to develop.
Now active with boaters and professionals, the company works with local boatyards such as Tricat, Plasmor or Marine Composite. A salesperson was recruited at the end of 2016 to develop the business with the region's pleasure boat builders. TID hopes to rely on the new YLTEC offer to conquer these new markets and become a reference for stainless steel parts in the boating industry in Brittany.
