10 years of professional encounters
Respecting the alternation Atlantic / Mediterranean, after La Baule in 2016, it is in the Acropolis of Nice (07) that the"Port, Nautisme and Littoral" Meetings are taking place. This conference, created in 2006, gathers every year the private and public actors of the port world in order to debate the evolutions of the sector. Among the 300 participants expected, we can note the presence of organisations such as the Association des Ports de Plaisance de Bretagne (APPB) and the Association des Ports de Plaisance de l'Atlantique (APPA)
Over the years, the event, initially dedicated to yachting, has opened to all the river ports, fishing ports and commercial ports... The development of new coastal uses requires us to reason together on issues common to the different sectors.
A varied program
Several workshops and conferences, articulated around three routes, Port - Nautisme and Littoral, are proposed to the elected representatives and professionals present. The plenary sessions will take stock of the application of the NOTRe Act and project themselves into the port of the 3rd millennium. The various workshops will deal with subjects as varied as the training of port personnel, dredging, abandoned ships or the ecological restoration of the coastline.
