1st composite exhibition
JEC World is the world's largest composite exhibition. Every year in Villepinte it attracts more than 37,000 visitors and 1,300 exhibitors from over 100 countries on all continents. Visitors, producers, users or researchers in composite come from all sectors, from aeronautics to automotive, architecture, construction and of course maritime. Exhibitors can provide them with information on the latest equipment, calculation software and materials.
Conferences and demonstrations
Like many trade shows, the JEC offers a series of conferences on composite materials and their applications in different industries. Of particular note are those devoted to multi-material solutions and thermoplastics.
A space on the show is dedicated to live demonstrations of materials processing.
Universities will present their work in the Composites in Action spaces.
The latest innovations will be exhibited in the Innovations Planets areas for each of the application areas.
Diversification and sharing of know-how
For nautical companies, the JEC World is an opportunity to exchange with professionals from other sectors and to keep abreast of the latest innovations in composites. It is also an opportunity for some shipyards and equipment manufacturers to find ways to diversify into other industries.
