Nanni launches its new 8-cylinder engine at the Cannes Motor Show

Nanni T8V.370 Engine

Nanni announces the launch of its new Toyota-based engine at the next Cannes Motor Show. An expansion of the offer on a Japanese basis.

A complement to Nanni's Toyota range

Faithful to the Nanni tradition, the new T8V.370 is the fruit of the know-how of the engine manufacturer from Gironde who marinises in his workshops numerous industrial base engines of various brands such as John Deere, Kubota, Man or Toyota. Starting from a bare version, almost reduced to the engine block, Nanni's teams design and carry out the adaptation, working mainly on cooling, electricity and transmission.

The T4 and T6 ranges already offered 7 4-cylinder and 6-cylinder engines derived from Toyota blocks. The new inboard engine T8V.370 extends the offer in large powers with an 8-cylinder V with a power of 370 hp.

Maintenance and performance

With maximum torque at low rpm, the new T8V.370 engine should allow the boat to take off quickly. This reduces fuel consumption and noise pollution for the crew, thus reaching cruising speed at low revs.

Nanni says she has worked on good accessibility and advanced technology to ensure easy maintenance and use.

Several configurations

The new Nanni T8V.370 is available with several 320, 350 and 370 horsepower settings and ratings and is Nanni Compact Cooling certified and fully EPA Tier III compliant.

Premiere in Cannes

NANNI will present its new engine in world premiere on its booth at the Cannes Yachting Festival from 06 to 11 September 2016.
